Returns Policy

At DeFEUR, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used items once sold or delivered.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses via reputable logistics providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from the receipt of your order:

  • Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). Delivery is expected within 3-5 business days.

Order Deliveries: Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders within India, except for free trial orders.

Returns and Refunds

If there is any damage or quality issue with the product, we can exchange it if reported within the specified timeline below:

  1. Tampered or Damaged Products: If you receive a tampered or damaged product, inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video.
  2. Product Quality Complaints: For any product quality issues, contact our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

DeFEUR is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our exchange/returns policy.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, undamaged.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to verification by DeFEUR.
  • No refunds will be issued once goods are sold.

Order Cancellations:

  • By DeFEUR: DeFEUR may cancel orders due to technical errors, stock unavailability, or other reasons. DeFEUR’s decision on order cancellation is final.
  • Expected Delivery Time: Actual delivery time may vary.
  • Pricing Errors: If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, DeFEUR may cancel the order and notify the user.

Cancellation by User:

  • Before Processing: If DeFEUR receives a cancellation notice before the order is processed, the order will be canceled, and a refund issued.
  • Processed Orders: Orders already processed cannot be canceled.
  • Bulk Orders: DeFEUR reserves the right to cancel orders classified as ‘Bulk Orders.’ Criteria for Bulk Orders include, but are not limited to, orders not for self-consumption, multiple orders of the same product to the same address, bulk quantities, invalid addresses, or any malpractice used to place the order.

Refunds:

  • Payment Methods: Refunds for credit/debit card, net banking, or e-wallet payments will be issued to the original payment account. For COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, bank account details will be requested via a secured transaction.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
