At Defeur, we are committed to delivering your luxury car perfumes with utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over Rs.499. Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to India.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders can only be shipped to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Defeur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations:
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
