At Defeur, we are committed to delivering your luxury car perfumes with utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over Rs.499. Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently ship to India.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders can only be shipped to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Defeur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
