At Defeur, we are committed to delivering your luxury car perfumes with utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over Rs.499. Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to India.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders can only be shipped to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Defeur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations:
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@defeurluxury.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
